The Jaipur Clothing Return & Refund Policy

While this Return Policy states the general terms and conditions for returning products purchased on our platform, specific details regarding delivery, return, and pick-up may vary for each product. Please carefully review the product description for vendor-specific return terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURN

1.1 Return terms and conditions are specific to each product. Options like returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds may be displayed with the product description. The description may also include details about shelf life, packaging, delivery/pick-up availability, return window, and any applicable guarantees or warranties.

1.2 If no specific return details are provided, the terms of this Return Policy apply to both the customer and the vendor.

1.3 If there's a conflict between this Return Policy and the vendor's specific terms, the vendor's terms will prevail.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO INITIATE RETURNS

2.1 Generally, products purchased from our platform cannot be returned, and payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

2.2 Subject to full payment and timely initiation, returns may be initiated for the following reasons:

  • (a) Wrong product delivered within 24 hours of delivery.
  • (b) Product delivered damaged due to improper packing/labeling within 24 hours of delivery.
  • (c) Manufacturing defect (if applicable) within 30 days of delivery.
  • (d) Product not as described on the platform within 24 hours of delivery.

2.3 Customers must take photos/videos of the product before initiating a return. This evidence may be requested to verify claims.

2.4 For eligible returns, The Jaipur Clothing or a third party will arrange a product pick-up.

2.5 Perishable products are not returnable unless expired on delivery or returned for reasons (a), (b), or (d) above.

3. PICK UP AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

3.1 Pick-up and return/refund processing are handled by The Jaipur Clothing or the vendor, based on the product description or this policy.

3.2 Eligible products can be returned within 10 days by contacting [email protected]

3.3 After return initiation, The Jaipur Clothing will inform the vendor, who will arrange pick-up within 15 days.

3.4 Returned products may be checked for differences, damage, missing parts, or tampered packaging.

3.5 Pick-up may be canceled if the product is deemed non-returnable, used, damaged, missing parts, or lacks tags/documentation.

REFUND POLICY

Purchases are generally non-refundable unless specified.

If a wrong or damaged product is returned, a replacement with similar specifications will be provided at no extra cost (subject to availability).

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment method or bank account (for cash on delivery).

No replacement, return, or refund will be provided for ineligible products.
